Have you ever noticed some people are able to stay organized while getting a massive quantity of work accomplished, while others appear to be busy but never actually produce results? Time management is the key to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Clay Clark
WHO WE ARE
We write documentation for every phase of a project - from developing a business case, to drafting RFPs and proposals, to creating the different levels of project execution plans, work packages, completions and commissioning checklists - all the way to maintenance and user/operations manuals, procedures, and checklists.
We have worked on over 30 major O&G; projects, from the low millions to multi-billion dollar TIC oil sands megaprojects and have worked in numerous industries (Information Technology, Information Security, Utilities, Engineering, Energy, Manufacturing, and others).
We have developed over 400 major pieces of documentation (user manuals, RFPs, proposals, standards, procedures, execution plans, technical specifications, reports), that ranged in size from a 1100+ page PEP for the NWR Sturgeon Refinery's Unit 70/90 to 5-10 page business cases.
We also specialize in requirements and gap analysis, process mapping, and project portfolio coordination.
A Project Execution Plan (PEP) is one of the project baseline document and the governing document that establishes the means to execute, monitor, and control projects for the project operation and management. The PEP is to describe a project specific plan addressing the most effective method and maximise efficiency in the project execution, and the project specific actions have to be described complying to project goals, objectives and strategies. The PEP is to define the clear scope of work and other critical responsibilities as agreed in the contract, and how work to be done is in accordance with the company policies. The PEP is developed by the project key participants led by the project manager. The PEP should be approved by company management prior to publishing or applying. The PEP is a live document and should be updated with current and future project plans and procedures.
