This Project Management Proposal can be used for a variety of project management related proposals, and can be adapted to your specific needs.
1. Cover Letter
This section is to provide context for this proposal and give a short introduction of yourself to the client. If you have not met with, or discussed, the project with the client, you can tailor it to go into more detail about the purpose of the proposal.

2. Executive Summary
